This is 6 star.. beers is ice cold. Almost frozen.. the food is exceptional, the cocktails are spot on, it's so affordable it should be illegal.. and the Staff are absolutely elite humans.
Google called it Ta Ma Chan. Tamajun was on the front for those that read English. Stir fried sea bass with black pepper was delicious. And the blueberry smoothie was soooooo good.
The restaurant is nearby Chantaburi River. Whenever I visit Chantaburi, I usually stop by Tha Machan to grab some food. The river view at the restaurant is superb. Price is reasonable. Food is tasty. Staffs are polite and service-minded. The shop is spacious and has wifi.
Good varieties of food, especially Chanthaburi indigenous dishes. Reasonable price compared to food quality (taste, smell, and look). Retrospective style of decoration furnishing the place with 80's toys and music albums. Live acoustic singer and music shown at night. Fantastically decorated toilets (you need to see it yourself). Except the so-so service and a few flies, the restaurant is worth trying.
Nice atmosphere on the river with live music in the evenings. Friendly staff. Average food.
We dined here tonight. Ad hoc as we were just walking down the street. Luckily a table cleared as we arrived. Great food and service and it was really nice beside the river. A good band began towards the end of our meal. Really nice night.
Very good authentic atmosphere, service and food. Tables inside and outside on terrace. Thai food mostly Good view on a river. River smells
Really loved this restaurant — both the food and the vibe! The decor has a beautiful old-style, aesthetic touch that gives it a cozy charm. We ordered their coconut milk sea-bass soup and tomyum seafood pasta, and both tasted amazing. The flavors were rich and balanced, and the view made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
